Good stuff, shipped very fast

The flavor is authentic however a little too chewy like eating pork jerky. Wish there is a 無骨糖醋排骨(a boneless one) available. Please do consider黃金角. Reheated the ribbon fish and spare ribs 50g of each in a Airfryer at 350ºF for about 2 minutes. It came out great!

Delicious and tasty. Very chewy. I like it and will buy it again. It goes well with wine.

I was not expecting this fish sauce to be sweet. I can't use this for cooking pinakbet or dinengdeng. There are pineapple bits making it sweet. Good for dipping.
