I cooked a bowl of tomato rice noodles on a rainy day, and the broth really made a difference. The soup had a pleasant sweet and sour tomato flavor, not too strong, and not as bland as soup made with plain water. The rice noodles absorbed the broth and became very flavorful. It was the kind of simple and satisfying meal you can easily enjoy at home when you're alone.

I usually only eat the banana flavor, but I bought this to try because it was on sale.

The shelf life is quite long, until next May. Although it's not healthy, a small box is a good way to satisfy a craving.
