I bought it out of curiosity to try. Inside, there was a small piece of water chestnut wrapped in slightly sticky jelly. The overall water chestnut flavor was very strong, and it was also quite sweet. If you put it in a drink, it will also give the drink a water chestnut flavor. Sauté ginger slices and garlic cloves in a little oil until fragrant, then add shredded pickled cabbage and stir-fry briefly. Add water and bring to a boil. Add fish fillets to the soup, then add seasonings: salt, white pepper, a little sesame oil. Remove from heat and serve.
